Q: What is your pet policy? 

A: We allow up to 2 pets per household. You will need to pay a one-time pet fee of $300 and a $20 pet rent for each pet. There are no weight restrictions, however, some breed restrictions may apply. 

Q: Can I have shelves, curtains, posters, etc?

A: Yes, but the curtains have to have a white backing to keep everything uniform from the outside looking in.

Q: Can I paint my walls?

A: Yes, as long as you paint them back to the original color before moving out.

Q: What does the application and leasing process look like?

A: We have an easy, secure, online application process that can be completed on our website under the Apply tab

Q: Do you require renter’s insurance?

A: Yes, we require a minimum of $100,000 Limited Liability per policy. Coverage may be with a provider of your choice.

Q: How do I submit a maintenance or service request?

A: The fastest and easiest way would be to log in to your resident portal and submit your maintenance request. However, you can also call or stop by our office during business hours, or leave a message after hours.

Q: When/How should I set up my utilities?

A: Utilities can be set up here: www.huntsvilleutilities.com.

Q: What is the average rent?

A: Though rent varies in our community, the average rent is $1445 per month.

Q: Where is the nearest public transportation?

A: The nearest public transportation is the City of Huntsville Parking and Public Transportation located at 500 Church St NW # B, Huntsville, AL 35801.

Q: How do I pay rent?

A: You can pay on the resident portal or you are welcome to pay in the office with a check or money order.
